A String Of Hope is 501(c)(3) charity taking steps towards opening a community learning center in the Cincinnati, Ohio area that will serve many roles for the community including: Free woodworking/life skills courses, group recovery meetings, co-op placement opportunities, and juvenile reform alternatives.
Our primary focus will be on high school students as well as young adults seeking recovery. Statistics show that the earlier a teen starts experimenting with drugs and alcohol, the more likely the behavior will develop into an addiction or substance use disorder.
We believe creating an environment where our youth feel safe to talk openly and learn about addiction while also learning to be a productive member of society is the key to prevention.
